      This memorial website was created to remember my son and Scott's brother Richard Bruce Preen Jr. who was born in  East Stroudsburg,PA on August 29, 1973 and passed away on May 8, 1998. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

      Richie you'll live in our hearts forever. There's never a moment that passes that your not thought of. I can hear your voice tell me, " mom your number one, when you call just press one and I'll be there". I love and miss you Richie. One day we'll be united in that magical place.
